***** Only a few places left - Now open to adolescents of all ages - Places still available***** - A Dramatherapy group for adolescents will be starting on the 1st of February 2018, in Primary Care Psychotherapy Centre Naas.
This group will run every Thursday evening from 7 - 8pm for 8 consecutive weeks until the 22nd of March. The cost to attend this group is €15 per client per session.

Dramatherapy takes a unique approach to helping teens by using drama and/or theatre techniques, including improvisation, role-playing, using puppets, and acting out stories.
Dramatherapy has a whole host of benefits, including:
- Encouraging you to learn how to solve your problems
- Giving you an opportunity to express how you are feeling
- Learning how to set goals for yourself
- Helping you improve how you relate to other people
- Understanding yourself and your experiences more clearly
- Taking these skills with you into your roles at home, school, and/or work, to improve the way you cope with life
- Using creativity, imagination, and play, to practice reacting to difficult situations
- Getting to the point of addressing problems quickly
- A way to escape from the pressures of life into the imagination for a little while
- Interacting with others in a safe, confidential environment
